The very best position would be to have the headboard on the left wall but you have a window there. The idea is that an enemy can surprise you if you are facing away from the door as you have now. A cure could be to hang a small mirror on the wall next to the window near the bathroom in such a way as to see a reflection of the entry door from your bed. Not directly across from the bed, but to one side.
